Oggie Dodge

President

Oggie is a hands-on manager who has put strong creative thinking to work to help brands and businesses grow. With experience across a wide range of industries, he combines a business mind with creative sensibilities to develop solutions to marketing challenges. He’s worked side-by-side with clients to take products from introduction to success in the marketplace throughout his 25 years in the business. Prior to joining Dodge Associates, Oggie held positions in sales and marketing with Campbell Soup Co. This front-line experience working on well-known brands has been a key in our success attracting regional and national clients. A graduate of Union College, Oggie is active in his community, having served on the board of a number of organizations, most recently as a President’s Advisory Board member at Bishop Feehan High School. Professionally, he is a member of Second Wind, a national network of over 700 advertising and marketing firms.

David L. Hughes

VIce President

Dave consistently rolls up his sleeves and makes things happen. He’s secured national media coverage, written speeches for corporate executives, served as media liaison for international recording artists, and managed or publicized events that routinely exceed expectations. Dave is a marketing pro who delivers results, which explains his many long-term client relationships. His experience covers a diverse range of industries, including banking & finance, non-profits, industrial & consumer manufacturing, chain restaurants, and more. Before joining Dodge, Dave held account management positions at the former Fern/Hanaway and Chaffee-Bedard in Providence. He has been recognized with New England Bell Ringer and BPAA Pro Comm awards for excellence in public relations. A graduate of Hartwick College, Dave is well-known in his community as a board member of the Barrington Boosters Club, for which he was named to the Barrington High School Athletic Hall of Fame for his many years of dedicated service.

David DiMattia

Senior Art Director

Dave brings a wealth of design talent and creative inspiration to Dodge and our clients. With an awareness of the power of art and copy to influence behavior, Dave has helped to build many brands with attention-getting identities, packaging and advertising. A recipient of the Award of Excellence from American Corporate Identity, Dave’s experience spans more than 20 years working with clients in the consumer goods, industrial products and financial services industries. A graduate of Roger Williams University, he started his career at Silver Fox Studios while furthering his education at Rhode Island School of Design. Dave is an active volunteer in his community, serving as a CYO basketball coach for many years and offering his design talent to local organizations.
